Site Preparation & Concrete Removal

Whether you’re renovating, replacing, or building fresh, Progressive Concrete can help prepare your site anywhere in the Lower Mainland through expert concrete removal and small scale-demolition work. We are equipped for and experienced with:

Our Work

As affiliates of Work Safe BC, our team puts safety first. We arrive on-site properly protected and equipped to work.

STEP 1.

Removal and disposal of old material (concrete, asphalt, sand, dirt, mud, clay, etc…)

STEP 2.

Bring in new materials for compaction, including gravel, road-base, or whichever materials are required for your project

STEP 3.

Set forms and lay rebar (10-16” on centre depending on the application/your needs) in preparation for concrete

We break, remove, and dispose of concrete from your site. We can pour new concrete for you, or we can prepare your site for future use such as building or planting. Once all the debris has been removed, we level the ground and compact it if required.

Remove & Replace

Concrete is strong, but many things can cause it to deteriorate, especially in the Lower Mainland. If this is the case for you, call Progressive Concrete. We can remove and replace your entire cement feature, or we can offer the localized removal of deteriorated concrete and repair the area using the same materials and technics as the rest of the structure to create a strong and aesthetically pleasing repair.
